This page details the Terms and Conditions for www.legacymmo.co owned by Aminar Solutions FZ-LLC, located  in Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, AL Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ,Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Failure to agree with these terms will restrict your access to the service. These terms and conditions are vital for the functioning of our website. We urge you to read them carefully before utilising our website and services. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website or services. 

Please be aware that we may periodically update these terms, so make sure to revisit this page to stay informed about the most recent version. 

Service

Legacymmo.co provides in-game currency for some of the most popular MMOs in the world. We act as a middle agent between players who have excess Gold/Tokens/Credits etc and those who need this. All our in-game currency is sourced from verified accounts, and we ensure our customers receive the in-game currency purchased or their money back. We do not sell the games listed on Legacy MMO.

We advise all customer to browse the in-game currencies we offer and select that package they require so long as the price displayed next to it is acceptable to the customer. 

Account Registration

To utilise our products, you must first create an account. To sign up, please provide your email and create a secure password. Please note that each user is allowed only one account; sharing accounts is not permitted. Accounts are individual and non-transferable. You must be 18 years or older to complete a purchase. Users under the age of 18 are prohibited from establishing an account or making any purchases on the website. 

Please note, it is your responsibility to ensure your account password remains confidential and that all actions taken through your account are legitimate and verified.

Payments 

To purchase any product, you must first create an account with us using your name and email. Your personal information will not be shared with any third-party entities or unauthorised persons. Please refer to our privacy policy for more information on how we handle your personal data. 

All our payment is conducted by our Payment Service Provider who are PCI-DSS Compliant. WE, Legacymmo.co do not store your cred/debit card information. In order to complete a payment, you must first navigate to our Games page and select the game you need tokens for. Within the games page you will see different packages clearly displayed, select the amount you want and add to cart, in the cart you will add some basic billing details before proceeding to the payment page to complete the transaction. Once you payment has been completed you will see LMMOAS, UAE as your billing descriptor on your bank statement. 

Delivery

All our in-game currencies are delivered in-game either through in-game mail, in-game meet up or in-game auction house. If it is through an auction house you may need to put up an item for sale, our agents will inform you of the instructions after your payment has been completed. Delivery can take up to 72 hours depending on the method used, our agents will be in contact within 24 hours to explain this. If it has been more than 24 hours since you made payment for any items on www.legacymmo.co and you have still not received any communication from us, then please get in touch with a member of our customer service team and they will look into this for you.

Refunds and Cancellations

Customers may be entitled to a refund on the following circumstances:

1. If the item that is delivered is incorrect.
2. If the item, they have purchased takes more than 72 hours to arrive.
3. If there is a fault or technical error with the item.

We like to offer a seamless service wherever possible, however sometimes things go wrong. If you believe that you are entitled to a refund for any of the following above reasons, then you have seven working days to contact a member of the customer service team who will look into this for you. If you are entitled to a refund, then this will be sent back to the same account that was used to make the original payment. Please note that payments for refunds can take up to ten working days to appear in your account.

Customers may cancel an order that they have made in error up until the time before the order has been processed. As we aim to deliver the goods quite quickly, we do advise to contact us immediately if you would like to cancel, we advise to contact us within 7 hours. If the items have already been delivered, then they will have to request a refund explaining in writing their reasons for doing so.

Security 

Aminar Solutions FZ-LLC prioritises the security of your payment information, ensuring that all transactions use a secure payment system. 

Furthermore, we implement safeguards to maintain the confidentiality and safety of your account details. If you suspect that someone else may have gained unauthorised access to your account, please inform us promptly.

Selling Currency

We offer the option to buy your excess in-game tokens/credits/gold should we require it at the point in time. On our website if you head over to the Sell To Us page and submit the details of the products you would like to offer us, we will review them and offer you with a price. Should you decide to accept our offer, we will arrange for the goods to be transferred to one of our agent’s accounts, and issue you with a payment. Please note payments can take up to 10 working days to be received. It is important to note, once this has been carried out this transaction is irreversible, we will not accept the money back if you requested for your goods.

Cancelling Your Account

Users retain the option to close their accounts at their convenience. If you wish to deactivate your account, kindly contact us for assistance. Likewise, violation of these Terms of Service may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
If your account is terminated, you will be unable to purchase or sell any products to us. 

Liability Limitations and Compensation

Aminar Solutions FZ-LLC does not assume responsibility for issues arising from website transactions. Users are held responsible for transactions conducted on compromised accounts. In the event of temporary service suspensions due to technical problems, advance notice will be provided. 

By accessing and using the website, you acknowledge that AMINAR SOLUTIONS FZ-LLC is not liable and agree to indemnify it against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, debts, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) that may arise due to your use of the service or any breach of the terms and conditions.

 

Legal Compliance and Jurisdiction 

This agreement is governed by and subject to the law and courts of the United Arab Emirates in which Aminar Solutions FZ-LLC is based. In case of any disputes or disagreements arising in relation to the validity, terms, or existence of this contract, Aminar Solutions FZ-LLC and the customer will make diligent efforts to address the issue through discussions. 

However, if an amicable resolution proves unattainable, both Aminar Solutions FZ-LLC and the customer retains the option to seek legal remedies for resolution.
